when install Vista if see this error code, means image might got damaged
while downloading it or it's damaged during DVD burn process.

Get the tool: VCdControlTool from Microsoft Website,
it will create a virtual CD/DVD drive on your system
and mound your Vista image you downloaded on there and try setup from it.
If worked, so your DVD image damaged, not the download file.
